Jeremy Morris

Jeremy Morris has been involved in Australian real estate marketing and transactions since 2007.

Beginning within the industry based in South East Asia, his initial focus was promoting residential projects along the eastern seaboard of Australia; mostly in Melbourne, Sydney and the Gold Coast. Then, Jeremy's focus and expertise were centralised towards off-the-plan and development site sales. Australian property seminars and promotions were regularly held in Singapore, Malaysia and India over the next 5 years and his network of investors, agents, developers and prospective partners grew steadily.

In 2012, Jeremy opened his own Australian residential project marketing and consultancy. A modest beginning in providing access to off-the-plan projects to partner agents and clients on a private basis, soon developed into being trusted in running promotions and events on behalf of some of Melbourne and Queensland's larger residential project developers and marketing companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Brunei and Indonesia.

To compliment this, Jeremy returned home to Melbourne to complete Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate), became a licensed estate agent and launched ASK Property Partners Pty Ltd. This steadily growing real estate agency, was initially opened to offer an elite property management and local sub-sale service for his network of investors, who had previously purchased Melbourne property. He believed that they deserved the best possible representation, communication and all round service. Subsequently ASK Property Partners Pty Ltd has developed into a boutique real estate agency, representing a large portion of local and overseas landlords, focussed on residential leasing, sales and projects.

To this day, Jeremy's time is spread between property management, sales campaigns and collaborating the expertise in managing small developments for his networks.

He firmly believes that 'experience is the best teacher' and is always aiming to be the best version of himself.
